Phidias and its predecessors have been in development for nearly two decades by Dr. Raymond McCall and his team at the University of Colorado Boulder, College of Architecture and Planning. Phidias has been funded through NASA, Colorado Advanced Software Institute, Johnson Engineering Corporation, and the CU College of Architecture and Planning (formerly known as the College of Environmental Design).Timeline
Fall 1997 - NASA, University of Colorado - web phidias - use of language for templating html
Spring 1997 - University of Colorado - sockets communication by java karnaugh applet to backend phidias database, basis of parsed language
Jan 1995 - Jan 1997 - PhaseII SBIR - redevelop phidias into delos dll engine
