So I get home and use a magnifying glass and am amazed to see... an octopus? Huh? So I search 'owl dollar bill' and get all kinds of results. Most are forums where people are debating whether it is an Owl or a SPIDER... oh, spider that makes more sense with the weblike background. But nobody can say anything conclusive. No data. No history. Just 'its an owl because my teacher said so'. And surprisingly nobody even bothers to post a picture to clarify. Some sites then connect the owl to SATAN and hidden societies and Masons and on and on and on go the wild theories... and everyone is so convinced.
So I scanned a bill and blew up the spot in question. It still looked more like an octopus, but I could see spider, and maybe a long necked non-owl-like bird, maybe even two kissing camels. Very strange. I presented what I'd found to my friend who insisted it is an OWL and proves the Conspiracy, saying "why else would there be something there?"
I noticed a number of webpages referring to other spiders on the bill, in the little dark spots flanking the 'One Dollar' on the bottom of the front. I looked at those... hah, no controversy there... clearly part of the background web, coming together in a spiderlike way. But obviously not intentional spiders. But then I noticed those little spiders ARE the same part of the pattern as the mysterious owl. A quick visit to photoshop shows that is definately true... the web all around lines up perfectly.
Now it starts to actually look like an owl or THREE! No, clearly just peaks in the web pattern. The dots seen as beak or eyes are just tight loops in the pattern. And once realized, we see the pattern repeats, and is oriented in different directions... we can see a peak on its right side above the lower right 1 circle and on its left side above the lower left 1 circle. FIVE owls!! Nope, now CLEARLY all part of the pattern. Back to photoshop I strip off the foreground, and start using the pattern to continue itself... to reconstruct the background ... not enough is left to do full reconstruction, but a partial reconstruction of the background clearly NO owls. NO spiders. Just peaks in a sinusoidal-like web of lines.
So no owl. No spider. Not even an octopus. AND NO PROOF of Conspiracy or SATANIC influence (pardon me but WHAT RETARDS those satan sellers are!). Maybe there is a Grand Consipiracy, but this stupid 'owl' has nothing to do with it.
Don't take my word for it, simply look for yourself. I can't believe nobody has noticed this before. If only people would stop believing everything someone tells them and start thinking for themselves. - erik (at) edj.net wants you to THINK
